Scott Angus, MFA

Scott Angus is tenured Associate Professor and Director, Photography and Visual Art, at Maryville University (St. Louis, MO). Angus, an avid explorer, is interested in photography that tells the story of the forgotten or hidden past. He has lead photography trips to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Italy, England, and Switzerland and lectured at Oxford, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Jacksonville State University, and the International Hall of Fame of Photography (St. Louis). His work is published and exhibited around the world, including the Grand Center Gallery in California, the St. Louis MCCSTL and May Galleries, and TriBeCa Synagogue Gallery for the Arts (NYC, NY). He holds a Master of Photo Theory from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Master of Fine Art from California State University-Fullerton.

Emily’s interest in the U.S. Southwest was manifested by her 20-year tenure in Austin, Texas. She was recognized as a resourceful business consultant and reporter specializing in technology. She is now based in Metro Washington DC and Santa Fe, NM, from which she draws unbounded inspiration and creativity.
